How do I choose the best products for a gift?

We offer a variety of curated gift sets perfect for different tastes and occasions. You can also reach out to our customer support team for personalized recommendations based on the recipient’s preferences.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll make it right. For deliveries within Trinidad and Tobago, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent, provided it is available. For regional and international customers, we will issue a coupon equal to the value of the incorrect item, redeemable within two years of issuance.

Can I customize my own gift set

Unfortunately, this option will not be available until around the middle of 2025.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied with it?

Since we specialize in perishable food products, returns are only accepted under certain conditions. Unopened items, in original packaging, and deemed unsuitable for consumption upon arrival (e.g., damaged or expired) may be eligible for a return. If you have concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email or telephone (1-868-293-6622)

What should I do if a product arrives damaged or compromised?

If your order arrives damaged, with broken seals, or otherwise compromised, please take a photo of the item in its original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if the product does not meet our quality standards.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened items or items not in their original condition. Additionally, items that have passed the quality inspection timeframe (7 days after delivery) will not be eligible for return.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team, via email or telephone (1-868-293-6622), with your order details and the reason for the request. If your item meets the return criteria, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges may be offered in cases where a replacement product is available. Please reach out to our support team via email or telephone (1-868-293-6622) within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange if the product meets the eligibility criteria.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a return is approved due to a quality issue or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we offer shipping only within Trinidad and Tobago. We’re excited to announce that international shipping will be available starting early in 2025—stay tuned for updates!
